Big Wave Box
Wave Box, also known as coarse wave Box, is a type of Box made of cardboard made of corrugated cardboard sheets produced by laminating 3 pieces of paper to each other. In order to ensure the interaction of internal and external impacts, heat and humidity, there is also 1 wave, which increases the strength of the paper. The Boxs in this wave type get their names from the wavelengths. In C wave Boxs, the wave type is thicker than the B wave, but when compared to the E wave, its thickness is evident. They differ from each other according to the wave types that determine the wall thickness of the Box, for example, the Boxs produced from C wave cardboard are also called coarse wave Boxs, therefore, the box produced in the type of cardboard that is thicker than the B wave is called a C wave Box, that is, a large wave Box. The type of cardboard, which is thicker than the C wave, is B+C wave, and it is called Double Box. As cardboard, all three are formed by combining papers produced from the same weights, they have the same strength in terms of strength, but they differ in appearance. The microwave we call e wave looks thinner than b and c wave, b wave is thicker than e wave, but c It seems a little thinner than the wave, while the c wave has a thicker appearance than both the E wave and the B wave, but the strength values of all three are the same. When we say Boxs, we usually think of boxes that are heavily used in the market.

However, final Box consumers naturally do not know that there are dozens of different types of Boxs. For example, let's talk a little about the boxes we have called standard type Boxs, standard type boxes are divided into two parts, one of which is Single Wave Box, they are named according to the wave types. Boxes produced from single wave cardboards are due to their thinness and thickness (E, B and C Wave Boxes), the other is called Double Wave Package (B+C Wave or Double Package). All the covers of the standard type box are the same length, the cover lengths of the box are determined by the width of the box, which we call the width side of the box. The size of the box is determined according to 3 parameters, of which the 1st parameter is the length of our box, in other words the length of the box, the 2nd parameter is the width side of our box or in other words the width of the box, and the third parameter is the height, that is, the depth of our box. Since final Box consumers usually do not know these, they consider 2 parameters, they either tell the width and height, or they say the height and height, but we should know that the Box is sized according to 3 parameters. The outer covers of the standard type boxes come together in the middle of the box. In the standard box type, sometimes an additional share can be given as a folding allowance upon the request of the customer. We deduct this from the measurement we call the ril size, for example 60cm.x40cm.x40cm. The ril size of a box in size should be as written below. 20.3cm.x40cm.x20.3cm. The 20.3 cm dimensions written here cover the covers of our box, the 40 cm written in the middle. determines the height of our arm. When we measure both covers with a meter, the width of our box is revealed, the distance between the inner covers of the box determines the box length. Such boxes are usually stitched with staples and made ready for use, but they are also produced with adhesive, according to the customers' request. This type of boxes are used for packaging of many products. If it is desired to protect the product on the bottoms better, a piece of suitable size is placed in the gap between the box covers, this is called intermediate cardboard. This method eliminates the level difference in the box base, especially in boxes produced from more than one wave and where many products are packaged. used to remove.
