Intermediate Cardboard
The cut piece cardboard, which is put inside the boxes for the purpose of dividing the box, is called intermediate cardboard, or in other words, it is called Separator Cardboard.
Intermediate cardboard is used for most works, for example, it is placed behind tables, mirrors and frames for support, or in the textile industry for the wrapping of tablecloths and similar goods of certain lengths, or it is placed at the bottom and top of the boxes to eliminate the difference in the level of the covers.
However, end users generally use the intermediate cardboard as a separator, such as a separator, sometimes after a kind of goods is placed up to half or a certain part of a box, an intermediate cardboard is placed on those goods and a different product is filled on the intermediate cardboard, or sometimes the intermediate cardboard is used. The cardboard is placed vertically on the Box as a divider.
Intermediate boards are generally produced from either single wave or double wave corrugated boards. Intermediate cardboard can be produced as molded optionally. Molded intermediate cardboards are preferred because they look very good in appearance. When ordering molded intermediate cardboard, it is necessary to take into account that there will be extra mold costs.
